Contour Body Mapping

Our Made to Measure Badminton Wheelchairs are designed around precise measurements captured using our Contour Body Mapping System. Measurements are recorded electronically, reducing the potential for human error associated with traditional tape measure methods.

Made to Measure Range

Choose from lightweight 7020 T6 Aluminium, Titanium or Ultra Lightweight Magnesium. Every Made to Measure wheelchair is supplied with Spinergy SPOX wheels as standard, supporting performance on court.

Second Fitting Session

Every Made to Measure wheelchair includes a second fitting session. This gives you the opportunity to test your wheelchair and allows us to make minor frame adjustments where needed to refine the fit.

Club Range

Our Club Badminton Wheelchairs offer a cost-effective alternative to the Made to Measure range, with a durable steel construction. Standard features include quick release sport wheels, a single anti-tip wheel, and adjustable upholstery.

RMA Sport’s Contour Body Mapping Machine enhances sports wheelchair design by capturing highly precise body measurements, accurate to within 2mm, to create a detailed digital profile. Athletes can assess how their wheelchair fits before manufacturing begins, allowing adjustments to be made early in the process. The result is a personalised wheelchair designed to maximise comfort, performance, and confidence.
